What was the highlight of The Royal Corin Thermal Water Spa & Resort
Amazing 5 star hotel
We came for our honeymoon and we felt the crew looking out for our every need, no matter how simple. They went out of their way to make our stay a truly special one. The room was clean and had a beautiful view. The springs were just beautiful and relaxing, and they were just what we wanted. There's a pool bar that's really nice and hot pools are secluded in some places so you can get privacy. In the spa we got the best massage we have had in our lives, it was just wonderful! The place also had two restaurants: Lava and Emperador. In our opinion, the Lava restaurant was the best one, both in food and in the atmosphere. The emparador was also great but it was much more classic food, while we felt Lava brings something new to the table. The design of the Lava restaurant is also much nicer. The hotel gave us both a treat to our room and dessert on the house in the Lava restaurant. Breakfast is great, lots of variety and everything top quality.
The outside and some of the hallways leading to the rooms don't look the best, inside It's looks great. The Emparador was in our opinion not as good as Lava.

A nice holiday
The hotel is very beautiful. The rooms are modern and well equipped. The beds are comfortable. There are 4 jacuzzi (37, 38,39,40 degrees) plus a cold pool and two warm ones and a sauna. There are two restaurants offering amazing food and there is a bar in the main pool which is pretty amazing. The staff is nice and helpful. There is a gym, small but very well equipped. We did not try the Spa.
The location is not great because it is very closed to the main road therefore even if the hotel is very beautiful, you can hear the noises of the cars/ Buses passing by from the pools and the rooms (particularly during Christmas season which is a very busy time). Also all the pools (except the one with cold water ) have warm water therefore you can not swim. You can just relax as long as you don’t find the water too warm. It is like being in a bath. The sauna is more like a steam room than a sauna. The worst thing is that at the end of our stay because we lost the card key of our room, they asked us to pay for it which is absolutely unacceptable for a 5 stars hotel. They spent long time trying to win clients and then they just lost us in a second asking us to pay for the lost plastic card!! Ridiculous. Unacceptable.

Great thermal baths, food needs improvement
Brilliant thermal pools (with warm to hot water) so you can stay by the pool during any weather. Rooms were decent.
The food at breakfast and also for dinner at the rooftop restaurant could be improved.
